All reservations with ALADDIN.N TRAVELS & TOURISM CO. are subject to the following conditions:
DEPOSIT
To reserve, a deposit of €300, 450 USD, or equivalent in other currency, per person is required, or full payment. A reservation will not be considered to be finalized until this deposit is received and confirmed by our accounting department. No subscription is required, but a contract listing all contracted services will be sent to the customer’s email.
ALADDIN.N TRAVELS & TOURISM CO. is not responsible for and does not recommend the purchase of non-refundable, advance purchase airline tickets.
PAYMENT TERMS AND CANCELLATION POLICY
Final payments: The balance of your payment is due 90 days prior to the trip departure date.
If for some reason you have to cancel the trip, the cancellation must be confirmed in writing and the following charges will apply:
within 30 days of booking We will refund your deposit
between 61 and 90 days prior to departure Cancellation fee of 50% of the original trip price
between 31 and 60 days prior to departure Cancellation fee of 75% of the original trip price
less than 30 days prior to departure Cancellation fee of 100% of the original trip price
PAYMENT METHODS
We accept payment by Pay Pal, credit card, bank transfer, PIX or Bank slip,
TRIP ALTERATIONS AND CANCELLATION
ALADDIN.N TRAVELS & TOURISM CO. reserves the right to make hotel and route modifications which become necessary due to circumstances beyond their control and undertake to inform participants as soon as possible, by similar categories or under with no fee involved, to avoid worries to customers.
ALADDIN.N TRAVELS & TOURISM CO. reserves the right to cancel the trip in which case all payments including the deposit will be refunded. This will constitute full settlement.
Guaranteed departures minimum 8 persons for trip in case of Groups from 10 – 20
Guaranteed departures minumum 15 persons for trip in case of Groups from 20 – 30
The clients accept the use of the pictures or vídeos, taken on the guided trips for promotional reasons of ALADDIN.N TRAVELS & TOURISM CO.
INSURANCE
Participants are responsible for having adequate travel insurance covering accident, personal injury, evacuation and medical costs, loss of luggage and cancellation ALADDIN.N TRAVELS & TOURISM CO. is not liable for personal injury, death, damage to property or other loss whether arising from accident, cancellation, delays or any other matter beyond our control.
We suggest clients to choose a TRAVEL INSURANCE NATIONAL OR INTERNATIONAL accordingly with their own, but we offer one of our partner and if the clients accept, he will receive the Insurance Policy.
ALADDIN.N TRAVELS & TOURISM CO. is not responsible for material or monetary losses. All valuables and personal belongings are the personal responsibility of each client. If the client decides to go out of the itinerary and buy something without our supervision and regrets for this, we are not responsible for this event. Everything the client wants has to ask to our guide or our CEO, who is there to avoid any problem.
